Yes! We welcome all levels and all bodies in our studio. Best to start with the Foundation Classes, we have a whole category dedicated to you! Hop on the yoga train, you won't regret it!

It is advised to practice at least 2 to 3 times in the week. Of course, if you practice every day, you will see the most improvement. The key is consistency!

We offer different type of classes. In the studio they are divided into different categories. We have classes focused on improving your strenght, focused on improving your flexibility, focused on improving your mobility, but also classes to do before surf, or classed after surf. And finally some dynamic classes, or recovery classes. Depending on you need, you will find a class you will like.

The yoga classes are between 10 and 45 min long. We have divided them into categories based on their length as well, so that you can choose your session based on the time you have available.

We know you take the studio with you when you are travelling, so we have build our classes without any props. If you can find a mat, perfect, if not, your towel is enough, the beach, a rug, the grass, nothing...wherever you feel comfortable.
